Straw yellow in colour, with golden glints. A very expressive nose, with floral and tropical fruit notes. A silky-textured, full, fruity palate with a slightly citric touch.

The grapes are lightly pressed after being stripped from the vine, to obtain the flower must and then they are subjected to static clarification, which preserves the fruit. Cold fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 16º-18º. Each of the varieties used in the coupage (Xarel·lo and Muscat) are fermented separately. The fermentation process is halted by cooling to conserve a few grams of residual sugar that will make the wine more flavourful.

Serve chilled at a temperature of between 6º and 8º C (chill slowly in an ice bucket or in the bottom part of the refrigerator).

Perfect for accompanying entrées, fish, raw and grilled shellfish and exotic salads.
